New Inmarsat BGAN service

The launch of Inmarsat's Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) marks an important milestone in our history. It will be the first intercontinental high-speed wireless data network, surpassing anything else available for mobile staff working in remote locations.

The Inmarsat BGAN will offer network access at broadband speeds at up to 492kbps. It will enable customers to communicate as they would back at the office - access the Internet and corporate networks, send and receive e-mail with large attachments - in a high-speed, easy-to-use, secure environment that is above all, reliable.

And with peace of mind that there will be network coverage, wherever they go - not just in major cities or at the airport.
