The EXPLORER 700 provides you with access to the highest bandwidth available on Inmarsat’s newest BGAN (Broadband Global Area Network) satellite system.  As of June 2009, the EXPLORER 700 users can take full advantage of Inmarsat's newest BGAN X-Stream ** satellite service option, with selectable Streaming IP data rates guaranteed to 384kbps minumum, up to 450kbps (marking the first satellite service to offer these assured rates).  The EXPLORER 700, coupled with the BGAN X-Stream, will be a powerful combination, particularly appealing to the broadcast industry.
