We employ over 50 Service Engineers (M.S.E.'s) with an average of 14 years of technical experience who are equipped to keep you fully operational from the point of installation throughout the life of your equipment. Our M.S.E.'s regularly attend manufacturers' training sessions to provide customers with the most current technical information and service possible. All of our M.S.E.’s are certified to inspect all of your communications, navigation, safety and below-decks equipment, including issuing radio certificates, licensing and fulfilling the requirements of GMDSS shore-based maintenance contracts.
Mackay's Sales & Service Centers in the United States are outfitted with the latest diagnostic equipment to enable our engineers to solve your equipment problems in a timely manner. We operate four strategically located warehouses with multi-million dollar inventories to ensure that proper spare parts are available for expeditious repair and decreased downtime.
